Job Description

• Provide day to day support of cloud applications
• Triage users IT matters
• Act as escalation point for 3rd party vendors
• Administer computer inventory and replacement process
• Assist in deployment of new applications
• Facilitate on-boarding and de-provisioning of users

Requirements
Ideal Candidate will possess:

• 0-7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must possess a user first mentality
• Experience with Google Apps
• Exceptional motivation to learn on the job
• Extensive Windows,Mac and iOS or Android experience
• Experience with Python, Dart or GO a plus
• Familiarity with computer networking, TCP/IP a plus
• Familiarity with Symatec Altiris a plus.
