Seasoned Researchers & Business Advisors Ltd (“SR&BA”) has a space for Head, Investment Banking.

• Suitable candidate must have consultancy background and should have worked or still working in any of the “BIG four”.
• He/she must have experience in originating and executing capital transactions and business/ financial advisory transactions – Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Privatizations, Joint Ventures/Strategic Alliances, and Corporate Restructuring amongst others.
• He/she should have in depth knowledge in financial modelling, proficient in financial statement analysis and able to perform detailed valuation analyses using various methodologies;
• Excellent business writing skills and able to create comprehensive pitches and draft marketing documents;
• Strong research and analytical capabilities to organize and analyse detailed market, economic and industry research;
• Proficient and working knowledge in the use of Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task in a fast paced environment as well as work effectively in a team;
• Possess strong work ethic and commendable organizational skills
