Human Resources Manager

 
Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Job Description
  • The start-up of the Human Resources Department and responsible for human resources practices and objectives and programmes that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and recruitment and development of a high performing workforce.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc/HND in related or any discipline
  • Must possess experience within a Human Resources environment with 5-8 years’ experience
  • Age: 30 - 40 years
Skills:
  • Proficiency in using MS Word and MS Excel and other relevant softwares
  • Membership of a professional body would be an added advantage.

Marketing/Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for Plastic Injection Machines up to 1500 tons capacity
  • Candidates must be versatile and have high level of automation knowledge required for 24/7 production in diagnosing faults, repairs, maintenance, installation and commissioning of Plastic injection moulding, Golden eagle and Butterfly Welding machines.
  • Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly as well as dealing with emergencies.
Qualifications
  • B.Eng/HND in Electronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • 5-8 years experience in the relevant industry
  • Age: 30 - 40 years

Job Description
  • Responsible for all Operations in the Plant to drive Continuous improvement and optimization of all processes and ensure productivity including identifying, diagnosing and resolving operational problems and coordinating for on time maintenance shutdown operations for improving the reliability and safety of personnel and production processes
Qualifications
  • B.Eng/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years experience in the relevant industry
  • Must have experience in virgin, crush/regrinded, pelletize materials

Chief Accountant

Job Description
  • Responsible for making financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company Record transactions, compile and analyse Data, prepare budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management

Paint Laboratory Technician

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an ND in Laboratory Sciences/Quality Control with 5-8 years experience in the relevant industry
  • Candidate must have a sound knowledge of paint making processes with eye for details and would be responsible for providing quality colour matches for various products including new formulations, raw materials evaluation and finished product testing and maintenance of equipment
  • Experience in emulsion, gloss, silk and matt, etc, will be an added advantage.
